Yoga Small Group and Private Sessions
Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2001, I have taught many group classes and workshops. At this time, I am focused on individual and small groups as part of my wellness & massage offerings.
Yoga is an art form, a science, a lifestyle, and a philosophy, but more than anything, it's a way to get to know yourself better and that's something that benefits us all. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness.
The practice that I offer uses yoga postures for all levels of experience with a focus on mind-body connection through breath, movement and posture.
In this 75 minute session, we will come into restorative postures that are supportive and accessible to free up blocks in your energy flow and release long held tension patterns.
I may offer hands on assists, light Thai massage techniques, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki healing energy during our session.
When our energy flows all things in life flow and all possibilities are open to us!
