    AROMATHERAPY - The use of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils by doTERRA to help enhance relaxation and reduce inflammation.

    HOT STONES - A Hot Stone Massage can be a stand alone treatment, or some application of hot stones can also be incorporated into any session to increase blood flow and relax myofascial restrictions.

    REFLEXOLOGY - This treatment for your feet is relaxing, calmly energizing and helps balance the bodies systems. There is always time to include some work on the reflex points in the feet at the beginning or end of your massage.

    GUIDED BREATH - Please let me know if you would like to help enhance the benefits of your massage with guided breath. For the first 5 to 10 minutes of your massage I will lead you gently into a longer, more relaxed breath. This can help reduce stress and improved breathing helps tense areas of the body relax more deeply. All bodily systems work in better harmony when we take some time to focus on the breath. Digestion as well as sleep and mood can be improved. Breath meditation when practiced regularly has also been shown to help with pain management.
